Since joining PHT in 2003 Phil has leveraged his 20 years of entrepreneurial expertise in the clinical research community to drive the global adoption of ePRO technology. Previously Phil was President and CEO of Clinsoft/Domain Pharma Corporation, a provider of clinical data management and adverse event reporting systems acquired by Phase Forward and Oracle. He also was President of eXcelon Corporation and held executive positions at Oracle, Interleaf and BBN Software Products. Phil has a BS and ME in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

John brings 27 years of financial planning and execution expertise with a focus on the life sciences industries to PHT. His experience includes public and private financings, M&A, joint ventures, international operations, and enterprise system implementations. Previously John was CFO at CRF Inc., a provider of electronic patient diaries; Organogenesis, a leader in tissue engineering; and LTX Corporation (LTXX). John has an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from New Mexico State University.

Considered the founder of the PRO and ePRO industry, Steve gives PHT the scientific, regulatory, quality and information management expertise to transform clinical research through innovative technology. Previously he was a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at MIT. Steve has a BS in Physiology from Stanford University and a PhD in Biology with a specialization in Neurophysiology from MIT. He holds a number of patents related to clinical research.

Lisa Anne is passionate about PHT customer satisfaction. Her 37 years of experience in the clinical research industry includes over 10 years in direct data capture from biomedical devices and apps. Previously Lisa Anne was a global head of clinical data management for Covance Inc. She also held positions at Cato Research Ltd. and a division of ABB. Lisa Anne has earned numerous professional and technology achievement awards. She has BSE and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Sheila has changed the face of clinical trial management by introducing new apps that make adopting ePRO a sound scientific and business decision. Sheila joined PHT in 2000 to ensure that PHT delivers products that delight trial sponsors, sites and patients. Previously she held executive product and project management positions at MicroStrategy (MSTR) and American Management Systems. Sheila has a BS from MIT and an MBA from Boston College.

Nick leverages his 27 years in the biopharmaceutical industry and knowledge of data management and clinical operations to manage a worldwide sales team that helps PHT customers achieve ambitious clinical research objectives. Since joining PHT in 2000 he has consistently doubled revenues and grown the number of PHT flagship accounts. Prior to joining PHT, Nick was a top performer at Wyeth and CR Bard. He has a BA from the University of Connecticut.

Valdo is a physician, scientist and entrepreneur who has advanced pharmaceutical research for 18 years. Since founding PHT Europe in 2001 he has opened multiple geographies for PHT products. Valdo is active in the DIA's Special Interest Area Communities (SIAC) eClinical and Standards committee. Previously he founded the first European Central Clinical Laboratory, which became the Covance Central Laboratory, and practiced medicine. He received his French State Doctor's Degree in Medicine from the University of Clermont-Ferrand I.

Elizabeth is a 25-year-veteran of enterprise software development, and holds several patents in software design.  She is currently responsible for core Engineering and Technical Support at PHT Corporation, in support of the clinical trial business. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President, Products, at Kadient where she improved their sales automation product quality and predictability. Prior to Kadient, Elizabeth was Senior Vice President, Global Products, at Authoria where she developed world class talent management solutions and successfully integrated several US-based teams as a result of acquisitions, and built a strong offshore Engineering team. Ms. Ricci has also held senior level positions at MatrixOne, NetManage, FTP Software and Digital Equipment Corporation, leading teams with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration and satisfying customer needs. Ms. Ricci holds a BA degree in mathematics from Rutgers University's Douglass College and an MS degree in mathematics from Northeastern University.  She is currently a Mentor for a Wentworth graduate as part of Conexion’s advancing Latino leadership program.
